Last weekend, Noah and I took a mini-vacation to Bar Harbor to celebrate making it through the first half of our first year together. We’d rented a little cabin in Ellsworth, Maine, but when we arrived, it wasn’t quite what we were hoping for. We agreed that if we could find a place a little more desirable at such short notice – even if it ended up being a bit more expensive – we would stay there instead.
We got lucky and ended up at The Primrose Inn, about a block from the center of Bar Harbor. It was gorgeous. I’d never stayed in a bed & breakfast before, but I am certain I will again.
It rained the whole weekend, but we still walked into the center of town on Saturday night and ate at a delicious restaurant I can’t remember the name of. We spent Saturday driving through Acadia National Park. It was a wonderful, wonderful weekend.
Feel free to click through to view the rest of the photos. There aren’t many, but I like the few I took quite a bit.
